Become an Agent Terms & Conditions for Luxify Investment.

Thank you for your interest in becoming an agent with Luxify Investment Company. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and your participation in our agent program (the “Program”).

1. Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

2. Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, you must complete the application form on our Site and provide all required information. We reserve the right to verify the information you provide and to require additional documentation to verify your eligibility.

3. Agent Services: As an agent with Luxify Investment Company, you will have access to our property listing services and tools. You may use these services and tools to market and sell properties on behalf of your clients.

4. Commission: As an agent, you will be entitled to a commission for each property you sell through our Site. The commission rate will be determined by the terms of the specific property listing agreement.

5. Term and Termination: This Agreement will begin upon your enrollment in the Program and will continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination of this Agreement, you will no longer be eligible to participate in the Program, and you must immediately cease using our Site and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality: During your participation in the Program, you may have access to confidential information about Luxify Investment Company and its business. You agree to keep this information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of performing your obligations under this Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property: Luxify Investment Company owns all rights, title, and interest in and to its Site, content, and intellectual property, including its trademarks and copyrights. You may use these materials only for the purpose of marketing and selling properties on our Site. You may not use these materials for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability: Luxify Investment Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Cyprus, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and Luxify Investment Company regarding your participation in the Program and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.

11. Amendments: We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a new version on the Site. Your continued participation in the Program after the posting of the amended Agreement will constitute your acceptance of the amended terms.
